confusion with signages

These signages are seen when one goes on NH - 8 between Delhi and Gurgaon.
The image of the plane is very MUCH CONFUSING AS IT IS CONTRADICTING THE DIRECTION to the airport. So for a moment one thinks where one should go to head for Domestic Airport, Left or Right?Few days later this problem was resolved by a second signage board.But the first one still exists.
