Highlights of the meet
J Premnath, of HySEA has joined us to discuss about the role of Hyderabad Software Exporters association in organizing, promoting, and realizing the event in best possible manner. We look forward to next HySEA monthly meeting to get more details on this.
Premnath also elaborated on various finer aspects relating to logistics, management, sponsorship and promotions towards making the event sucessful. It was good to have a management-perspective in design related activity. Wagesh, Yogish, Narender, Ravi, Kaladhar KVK, Ashish and Shyam joined the discussion.
Veda chipped in later with the idea of sharing Usability related information through the blog.
Shyam sent out and coordinated the meet and there indeed was a discussion on how small fonts figure in mails :). Join us in next meet to know more.
Activity and Responsibility Break-up
This is a short summary of the activity-responsibility break-up that was discussed in the meeting.
Communication
- To have all communication material ready and updated.
- Update communication with new sponsors, supports and information.
- Update the community information online.
Sponsorship
- To restructure the Sponsorship content. Split the sponsor’s category in to smaller chunks to encourage voluntary funding from HYSEA member. organizations. Event sponsor is the key.
- Present UMO-WUD objectives to the HYSEA Managing Committee in their next monthly meeting.
Management
- Overall management & one point of contact to keep all strings intact.
- Keep participants motivated and ensures that things are moving.
- Plans event management.
- Need to think of a key personality to get to inaugurate the event.
Financial Management
- To keep the account of inflow and expenditure.
- To make expenditure plans with event management team.
