A cell phone is made up of plastic, metal, and various other chemicals, which are very difficult to recycle.
Since disposable cell phones are for temporary use, they are discarded after a short while. It is these discarded cell phones which account for most of the electronic waste produced. This ever increasing decomposable waste, adds to the existing environmental pollution.
