Managing Bookmarks in Windows

Windows does not give an option to open multiple saved bookmarks in different tabs. If a person has many bookmarks and wants to refer them again, he/she has to open them one by one in different tabs.
Also once a bookmark is clicked on , the rest of the options disappear and you will have to go through the whole list again to click on another one next to it!! The whole process is very time consuming and can be made better for fast learning through internet among students.
