Bathroom doors in coaches of Indian railways

The bathroom doors in coaches of Indian Railways have two latch from inside – one is a rotating latch, that can be opened from both sides and other is a sliding latch that can be only used from inside.
At times, one may enter and only close the rotating latch (which was used to enter) and forget to close sliding latch – in which case the door might be opened from outside. Thus having two latches inside is confusing.
