Ticket Issuing Problems in City bus:

The city buses are very crowded and it is very difficult for the ticket conductor to issue tickets in the city bus. Often you see the conductor pushing through the crowd to issue the tickets. In case of a lady conductor this becomes very difficult.

Bad Designs

Also lot of passengers who has to get down in close stops will not be able to buy tickets due to the crowd. This is a huge loss for the government.
