The Toilets in the trains are flushed directly on the tracks which cause a havoc to the passengers who are standing near the tracks or stations.

It is most humbly further submitted that the discharge of human excreta into the open environment from the toilets of trains in India which leads to different diseases throughout the length and breadth of the nation. It is owing to the present coach layout & design, as is as so prevalent in our country, incorporating open discharge of waste from the toilet chutes.
