1. Vodafone service has gone rapidly downhill as the company has expanded. Its now costly to make a complain because the voice mail system takes so long to navigate. You have no idea if the information you are eventually given is accurate or reliable.
2. There is always a problem with GPRS in Vodafone, whenever we try to access it.
3. A Vodafone subscriber accidentally subscribed to a service on a mobile phone is just impossible to unsubscribe it, as it is a big rip off, even after wasting long hrs on following the instructions given by the customer care executives, still the results are null.
