You don't know weather it’s ON or OFF!!!
The ON position is STRAIGHT opposite to that of standard home lighting switches the world over.
Then, even the markings are placed appropriately at the bottom left with 'On' position marked next to switch bottom, leading to further confusion.

an eternal problem............the colour coding dosen't help either.
integrating led's into the switches could make a dfifference!
