Fuel Indicator

The fuel indicator of Honda Unicorn bike indicates the value as zero even if there is 2 to 3 liters of petrol left in it.
The fuel indicator needle moves at some angle according to the amount of fuel. But it serves absolutely no purpose for the vehicle. Any person usually fills his fuel tank with not more than 4 to 5 liters unless he is traveling hundreds of kilometers at a stretch.
One can easily see in the attached image that the indicator has not at all moved to indicate the amount of fuel present in the tank. Although the vehicle at this time has a store of 4 liters of fuel, but the indicator shows it as empty.
