Insert Card Message

Mobile phones are not available offline i.e. without inserting the SIM card one cannot access even the independent features which could be used offline, e.g. Games.
With so many useful features apart from basic phone, how does one feel when he or she gets a message, while trying to either listen to MP3 or even while opening a game?
The message is displayed when a SIM card is inserted in the handset. A user cannot use games, mp3, radio and other features unless you insert a SIM card which has nothing to do with these things. This even happens with those mobile sets which are launched as gaming phones.
This is unfortunate for such a technologically advance device.
