Important call alerts in mobiles

In all Nokia mobiles whenever it vibrates it creates disturbance for us, when mobile is in silent mode. We should avoid vibrations but also we should know when important call is coming when mobile is in silent mode during important meeting or discussion.
If we disable option for vibration and keep mobile in silent mode it’s not possible for us to know if any important call is coming or not. It’s an example of bad design in all Nokia phones.
