Vending machines are in vogue.
But they are not at all user friendly.

People get confused as to what's happening with the machine when they operate it.
There is basically no co-ordination between the symbols and the text.
Here, there is no accurate indication with symbols being used.
Moreover there are two outlets , without any indication .
One never realizes that you actually have to dip in tea sachets in hot water which comes out when you go in for tea.
