MCH Garbage collection

Shyam, Hyderabad

MCH bins on the roads are empty, but they manage to accumulate trash all around them.
Since the MCH has improved so much ;blame it on the bad design on the bins…

DO WE SIT HAPPILY TALKING ABOUT THE IMPROVEMENT OR DO WE COMPLAIN AGAINST THEM???
