Is the clock working?

Kumaraswamy, Hyderabad.

The clock has three hands which shows the hour , minute and the second.
Bad Designs
One can know the working of the clock by looking at the seconds hand.But for clocks which do not have a seconds hand one needs to look at it for a while to know that the clock is working and thus showing the correct time.
