NO PARKING is a sign which is never followed by people.

Though there is a NO PARKING board on the road the driver parks the vehicle without much botheration. The vehicle is generally challaned/fined ; after which the driver is let go and this keeps repeating. Instead  if a design emphasis is given in such a way that it effects the user psychologically it would be a better solution.
