NO U TURN is not followed in places where there is heavy
flow of traffic.
When the flow of traffic is much to one direction then NO U
turn will never be followed. The signage boards should be placed according to
the flow of traffic. The flow of traffic should be designed considering the
direction of flow and the density of traffic also.
