Bad Lever Placement

One definitely tends to pull the lever provided under the seat to adjust it according to ones comfort.
Bad Designs
There is no indication which helps us to know what the lever is for. The lever is actually to detach the seat for making more room in the car. But instead the user uses it to adjust the seat only to realize that the seat is detached.
